Thank you for checking us out.  If you are visiting the area and looking to join us for worship services on Sunday or Bible Study on Wednesdays, our times of worship are easily found.

If you are looking to a church home, welcome to our website.  We are a congregation that has been a part of the Morro Bay community since the 1950s.  Check our Programs page to see some of the works that we are currently doing locally or involved with nationally and internationally.

Just who are these people?  The membership of Morro Bay is made up of individuals just like you.  There are business owners, professionals, retirees, caregivers and all have faced the various challenges of life that have been thrown at each of us.  Through it all, we allow our faith in God and His Son Jesus Christ to keep us moving forward.  The Morro Bay Church of Christ is not a congregation of perfect people, but forgiven people who strive to be perfect through the Blood of our Lord and Savior.

Our current menu of topics for Bible Study are: The Gospel of Luke (Wednesday); The Work and Worship of the Church (Sunday morning); Messianic Prophecy (Sunday evening); and in 2014 the worship service will be looking at various topics including a comprehensive study on Angels; lessons from the Psalms; the Parables of Jesus and more as we get deeper into the year. Our Children are currently working through the historical record of the Book of Genesis.

We enjoy our time of worship together as we commune around the Lord’s Table, sing, study God’s Word, lift up our hearts in prayer and take the opportunity to give back to the Lord for the local work.

So whether you are just looking for a place to worship while on the road, or looking for a potential church home…Welcome and may the Blessings from God’s hands be with you. We invite you to email us or drop by.
